Truzith 50 ml PFS contains azithromycin 200 mg/5 ml (as powder for suspension), used to treat bacterial infections such as respiratory tract infections, ear infections, skin infections, and certain sexually transmitted infections. Therapeutic class: Antibiotic (Macrolide). Type of drug: Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, stopping the growth of susceptible bacteria.
